Ball 2008

Upper School Ball 2008

On Friday 7th March, the Year 11 and Sixth Form students held their 4th annual School Ball at The Queen Hotel in Chester.

The event proved to be bigger and better than those that have preceded it and this year included live music from Dominic Byrne, who was ably assisted by Mathew Hughes on guitar.

The magicians continued to bemuse and dumbfound anyone who witnessed their tricks at first hand and once again they commented what a great 'audience' our staff and students had been.

Lower Sixth Visit to Glara Mara Lake District
November 2007

Once again the Lower Sixth students spent 3 days in the heart of the Lake District pushing their mind, body and problem solving skills to the limit.

Traversing a river, climbing, abseiling, orienteering, hill walking plus all manor of problem solving activities were undertaken by the students and there proved to be a few very accomplished tree climbers amongst the party!! - signs of an active and possibly miss-spent youth maybe!
