Hockey - Year 8 V Rydal Penhros - 3 - 0 Win

Year 8 Hockey players outclass their opponents.

The Year 8 girls were a player short which immediately put us at a disadvantage against a well rehearsed Rydal side.  Our tactic was to use the extra space to our advantage and the girls worked very hard to support each other both on the attack and when defending.  The teamwork displayed by all the girls and determination to play as a cohesive unit paid off.  Our set play and all our practice came together and the girls deserved their 3 – 0 win.  Overall, the team delivered an excellent display of hockey.  Well done!
