Netball Season Underway For Years 7 and 8!

Well done to our Year 7 and 8 net ballers for playing against Birkenhead at the weekend.
They had a great experience of playing against another school outside of the district. Each team managed to successfully score in each quarter which is a huge success so early on in the season.
Our Year 7 team did really well, it was only their second competitive game representing the College, the way they communicate and work as a team is really improving!
Our Year 8s were able to keep the score difference at a low and managing to score into double digits with their game with their strong attacking performance.
Birkenhead managed to steal the lead in both games however, our girls played extraordinarily well and were rewarded at the end of the game with a well earned bacon sandwich and snacks.
Well done to all the girls who took part and a huge thank you to Birkenhead School for hosting!
