U11 Netball and Football Teams Display Excellent Teamwork Skills

Both our U11 Netball and U11 Football played fixtures versus the Firs School on Monday 14th November.
It was fantastic to see all the Abbey Gate players support each other with some lovely passing and pressing play.
The games were played in great spirit with both sides working hard for each other. The players are developing wonderfully as a team in both disciplines.
Although both games were very close and thrilling games to watch, it ended honours even between the two schools: the football scraping to a very narrow defeat, 2 – 3; with the netball battling to a 7 – 6 victory in their first game of the season!
Well done to all involved!
