College Hockey Season in Full Swing

The hockey season is well and truly underway, with matches for many of the teams taking place across the week.
Our Year 7/8 & 9 teams visited Bishop Heber for the first Hockey matches of the season. Some super skills were displayed throughout the matches and our College players came away victorious!
Years 7/8 – AGC won 1-0
Year 9 – AGC won 4-2
Well done to all of the players who took part in these opening matches.
The U16 Chester & District Hockey Tournament was held on Tuesday 11th October on our very own pitch here at the College!
Some fabulous team-work was demonstrated by the girls and some very pleasing results were obtained:
AGC v Kings – Drew 0-0
AGC v Queens – Lost 1-0
AGC v Heber – Won 3-0
A sterling effort from a very talented team.
We look forward to many more matches over the coming season.
