College Year 7 Hockey Players Hold Their Own

Our Year 7 Hockey teams faced Bishop Heber High School earlier this week. There was a little mix up, resulting in our Year 7s facing Bishop Heber’s Year 8 and 9 squads!
Our players showed true Abbey Gate College resilience and held their own, producing an fantastic performance!
AGC v Bishop Heber lost 1-0
AGC v Bishop Heber drew 0-0
Well done to all of the pupils who represented the College. A tremendous effort from everyone, especially when facing a much older squad.
Our Year 7 teams will face Bishop Heber’s ACTUAL Year 7 team next half term.
