Year 9 and 10 Pupils Secure Top Performances at Chester and District Athletics Competition

It has been fantastic to be able to return to Athletics Competitions post pandemic, the most recent competition was the Year 9 & 10 Chester and District event which took place at Deeside Athletics Stadium, just before the May half term break.
There were many excellent performances both personally and competitively from our pupils. The College secured many top 3 performances (results shown in the list below), which has meant that these pupils have been selected to represent Chester at the up-and-coming Cheshire Athletics Championships, which is to take place at Ellesmere Port Athletics Track this weekend (June 11th and 12th).

Abi L – Javelin
Ellie S – High Jumo
Zara J, Zac – Long Jump
Ben C, Luca R – Triple Jump
Particular congratulations go to Abi L, Mia W, Joe H, Ben C, Alex B and Zak R who all achieved 1st place in their respective events
