A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Open Morning on Saturday.
Despite the changeable weather, there was a wonderfully cheery and positive atmosphere across the College, with plenty happening for our visiting families to see, do and discover.
Our superstars in green blazers were, as ever, the very best advertisement for Abbey Gate College. From confidently leading tours and welcoming visitors to sharing their experiences as subject ambassadors, they did a fantastic job of showing prospective families what life at the College is really like.
Our staff were also on hand throughout the morning to answer questions, chat about school life and help families explore the opportunities available across every stage of the College.
It was particularly lovely to welcome a number of Old Saightonians back to the College with their own families, exploring the possibility of their children beginning their Abbey Gate journey here too. There’s something rather special about seeing a new generation following in their parents’ footsteps.
And there was plenty for our younger visitors to get stuck into too, with activities and experiences for everyone from our youngest prospective pupils right through to those considering their Sixth Form options.
